When you call, you’ll be presented with a short menu — pick the option that fits and you’ll be through to the right person straight away:

1. Hire bookings — to discuss availability or make a new booking; you’ll likely speak with Richard or Pamela
2. Existing bookings — if you’ve already booked and want to talk something through; you’ll likely reach one of our Johns, Richard, or Pamela
3. On-hire support — for assistance while you’re out in the motorhome; you’ll likely speak with John, our Operations Manager, or Richard
4. Vehicle sales — if you’re interested in buying one of our ex-hire motorhomes; you’ll likely speak with Richard
5. Everything else — for any other enquiry (a polite note: cold calls aren’t really our thing)

The depot is on Hydepark Street, a 10–15 minute walk from Glasgow Central — the main rail hub for arrivals from across the UK — and a short taxi from Glasgow Airport (there’s no direct rail link). Arriving by car? There’s secure on-site parking for the duration of your hire, with a per-night fee.

Open seven days a week, including Sundays and bank holidays, from mid-March to the first week of November. Outside that window, the motorhomes are off the road for the off-season — but the office stays open and you’ll get the same level of service year-round.
