A gift voucher from Atlas Motorhomes turns into time on the road in a four-berth motorhome. A slow week on the west coast, a long weekend up to Skye, or the trip someone has been talking about for years. Vouchers start at £25 and stack with any campervan hire from the Glasgow depot, on any vehicle in the fleet.

How it works

1. Pick a value. Any amount from £25 upward. Most givers pair the voucher with the recipient choosing dates and vehicle later.
2. We send the voucher. Electronic delivery by email is standard. A printed voucher posted to your address is £2.50 extra.
3. The recipient books their hire. They get in touch with Atlas, choose vehicle and dates, and the voucher comes off the total at booking.

What the voucher can be spent on

Vouchers behave like cash against any product or service Atlas offers. They can be used in part or in full towards a hire, and can cover the optional extras most customers ask about: bedding, towels, bike racks, depot parking, additional drivers, collision damage waivers and the other insurance upgrades. The whole fleet is automatic-led, four-berth, and under two years old.

Denominations and validity

• Minimum value £25. No upper limit. Any amount above the minimum is fine.
• Twelve months to redeem. The voucher must be redeemed (booked against a hire) within 12 months of purchase.
• Hire dates can fall later. The trip itself can be after the 12-month window, provided the booking is placed inside it. Subject to availability.
• Personalised, not transferable. Vouchers are issued to a named recipient. Transfers need written approval from Atlas.
• Atlas operates mid-March to the first week of November. Hire dates need to fall inside the season. Voucher purchase is year-round.

Redeeming the voucher

The recipient picks dates and a vehicle on the Atlas quote form, then enters the voucher code in the discount code field on the booking page. The voucher value comes off the total automatically. Standard Atlas terms apply: a 50% deposit confirms the booking, with the balance due eight weeks before collection. The voucher can be applied to either the deposit or the balance.

If the voucher value is higher than the trip cost, the excess stays as cash off the balance; if it’s lower, the recipient pays the difference at checkout. Vouchers used in part keep no residual cash value, so it’s usually best applied in one go.

Buying a gift voucher

Vouchers are arranged through the depot’s normal channels, so the team can take the recipient name, the message, and the delivery preference in one go. Refunds and unused balance. Vouchers used in part keep no residual cash value. Any unused balance after the hire is not refunded. All voucher sales are subject to Atlas’s standard hire terms and conditions.
